1. Who We Are

DealerQuant ("we", "us", or "our") operates the platform at dealerquant.app. DealerQuant is a media budget planning and analytics tool built for automotive dealers, dealer groups, and the agencies that serve them.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information — your email address and password when you create an account.
  • Dealer profile data — dealership name, brand, address, website, and other configuration you enter.
  • Google OAuth tokens — when you connect your Google Ads or GA4 account, we store OAuth access and refresh tokens to retrieve performance data on your behalf. We never store your Google password.
  • Budget and strategy data — sales goals, media allocations, and budget calculations you create within the platform.
  • Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used solely for debugging and security.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the DealerQuant platform.
  • To retrieve Google Ads and GA4 performance data on your behalf using the OAuth tokens you authorize.
  • To generate AI-powered strategy briefs and budget recommendations.
  • To communicate with you about your account or important service updates.
  • To improve the platform and fix bugs.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Google API Data

DealerQuant's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only access Google Ads and GA4 data for the purpose of displaying it within your DealerQuant dashboard.
  • We do not transfer your Google data to third parties except as necessary to operate the service.
  • We do not use Google data to serve you advertisements.
  • You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings or from the Dealer Settings page within DealerQuant.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS us-west-2). We use row-level security to ensure each user and dealer can only access their own data. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices and conduct periodic security reviews.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing privacy@dealerquant.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to maintain your login session and protect against CSRF attacks. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@dealerquant.app.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of DealerQuant after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
